what's it all about?
In its drive to rid the world of inferior service, Secret Squirrels Undercover Consumers are seeking new recruits to monitor, report and analyse service standards for our appointed clients. We're seeking reliable, observant and flexible prospective Undercover Consumers. We need YOU and your like-minded friends, family and colleagues to apply.
how does it work?
Once accepted, you'll be sent a thorough pre-mission brief. You'll be then allocated a pre-arranged slot in which to complete your mission. Report back within 24 hours via the Secret Squirels website. We'll reimburse you (a pre-set maximum amount) once we receive the receipt at Secret Squirrels HQ. Simple!
what's expected from you?
We'll need an accurate and honest account of your mission, posted on-line, on-time and completed in full. You must be able to be discreet and remain incognito so your cover isn't blown. You'll need an email account, internet access, a UK bank account (we use paypal for International Squirrels) and be contactable by phone if we have any queries.
what you can expect from us?
Good advance notice of your planned mission in order to incorporate it into your busy cosmopolitan life, flexibility for last minute changes and a variety of locations, times and dates. We'll endeavour to refund you within 5 working days once we receive your receipt.
